Job Title – Engineering Manager
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead execution across new products and strategic initiatives spanning iOS, Android, and Web. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, driving product delivery, and owning outcomes from launch through long-term maintenance.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and leadership to turn priorities into clear engineering plans, help teams execute with speed and quality, and ensure products remain stable, scalable, and well supported after launch.
What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage engineers across planning, execution, and delivery.
• Drive sprint and execution discipline by improving prioritisation, scoping, and follow-through.
• Partner with product and design teams to convert business priorities into clear technical plans.
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependency issues early, and drive resolution.
• Improve engineering quality through better reviews, clearer expectations, and stronger execution processes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of engineers as the team grows.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, and day-to-day problem solving.
• Ensure engineering work is documented clearly and tracked in a way that improves visibility for stakeholders.

• Platform scope – iOS: Swift, SwiftUI
• Technical stack – Android: Kotlin, Java
• Backend / Infrastructure: Node.js, AWS, GCP

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing software engineers in a product-focused environment
• Strong understanding of product development across mobile and web platforms
• Ability to lead teams working across app, backend, and cloud systems
• Hands-on experience with products managed as an EM or at least as a tech lead
• Good judgment on trade-offs between speed, quality, scope, and maintainability
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
