Requirements

Senior ML Engineer
Lead the development of our AI models and algorithms that power job matching, resume optimization, and interview preparation. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation.

- •Strong background in NLP and recommendation systems
- •Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow
- •Experience deploying ML models to production
- •Strong understanding of ML ops and model monitoring

Social Media Marketing Lead
Own RiseMe's presence across social channels end-to-end: strategy, content, community, and growth experiments. Shape how we sound and show up as a brand, tighten our narrative with product and founders, and run campaigns that attract the right candidates and advocates—not vanity metrics.
Requirements
- •5+ years in social media, brand marketing, growth marketing, or communications roles with measurable audience or pipeline impact
- •Hands-on experience owning multiple social platforms (content calendar, publishing, engagement, analytics)
- •Strong storytelling and brand voice—you can translate product value into crisp, credible posts and campaigns
- •Comfort with growth basics: experimentation, attribution where possible, dashboards, and reporting to leadership
- •Experience managing or supporting PR initiatives: outreach, announcements, founder visibility, media prep, or agency coordination
- •Excellent writing and stakeholder communication; you collaborate well with founders, product, and design
Nice to Have
- •Experience at an early-stage or high-growth consumer or prosumer SaaS brand
- •Video short-form chops (storyboarding, scripts, coordinating creators or light editing)
- •Organic + paid social experience (Boosted posts, Meta/LinkedIn ads tied to measurable goals)
- •Community-building: AMAs, partnerships, influencer or micro-creator collaborations
