Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Kubernetes Security Engineer
to help secure and support a critical, containerized recording system running on a Kubernetes platform. This role focuses on strengthening security, validating architecture, and ensuring the environment is resilient, compliant, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Secure and harden Kubernetes-based environments in cloud or hybrid setups
- Implement and manage
RBAC, network policies, and secure secrets management
- Perform
container image scanning, runtime protection, and secure deployment practices
- Establish and maintain
logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Conduct
vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and incident response support
- Validate vendor architecture and enforce security best practices and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in
Kubernetes security and containerized environments
- Strong knowledge of
cybersecurity principles
- Hands-on experience with
RBAC, network security, and secrets management
- Experience with
Docker or Sidero Labs
- Ability to assess and secure system architecture

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with tools like
Falco, Prisma Cloud, Aqua, or Sysdig
- Familiarity with
CIS Kubernetes Benchmarks, NIST frameworks
- Experience in
government or regulated environments
- Certifications such as
CKS, CISSP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
