Summary of the Role
Join a global biotech organization supporting clinical development operations through contract and budget coordination. This role focuses on managing contracting workflows, supporting invoicing processes, and driving operational efficiency across cross-functional teams. The Sr Associate will work closely with legal, compliance, and business partners to ensure timely execution and documentation in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract workflows from initiation through execution
- Support preparation of CDAs, FFS agreements, and purchase orders
- Serve as subject matter expert for contracting and invoicing processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with legal, contract operations, and compliance teams
- Support business operations including meeting coordination and onboarding
- Provide administrative support including calendar management and expense reporting
- Track and maintain team training compliance
- Coordinate internal communications and team activities
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in contract coordination, invoicing, or business operations
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience creating process documentation and delivering training
- Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
