Summary of the Role
Join a global biotech organization supporting Environmental Health & Safety project and program execution across a cross-functional environment. This role focuses on coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, managing training compliance, and supporting data-driven decision making. The Business Analyst Senior Associate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational performance within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily execution of EHS project and program activities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Support resource coordination and workload tracking
- Manage EHS training profiles, matrices, and compliance activities
- Support budget tracking, purchase order management, and financial processes
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and reporting systems
- Partner with systems and data teams to improve processes and data integrity
- Support project prioritization and alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or business analysis in cross-functional environments
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
- Experience with EHS training and compliance management
- Strong analytical skills with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience with budget tracking and purchase order management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience tracking project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SharePoint or collaboration tools preferred
