Summary of the Role

Join a global biotech organization supporting Environmental Health & Safety project and program execution across a cross-functional environment. This role focuses on coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, managing training compliance, and supporting data-driven decision making. The Business Analyst Senior Associate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational performance within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily execution of EHS project and program activities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support resource coordination and workload tracking
  • Manage EHS training profiles, matrices, and compliance activities
  • Support budget tracking, purchase order management, and financial processes
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and reporting systems
  • Partner with systems and data teams to improve processes and data integrity
  • Support project prioritization and alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination or business analysis in cross-functional environments
  • Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
  • Experience with EHS training and compliance management
  • Strong analytical skills with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Experience with budget tracking and purchase order management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience tracking project milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SharePoint or collaboration tools preferred
