About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at World Wide Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that align with our clients’ strategic objectives. You will act as a technical advisor, working closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into innovative, scalable, and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or VMware Certified Professional are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or a similar role within a technology services environment. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data center solutions is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a customer-focused mindset are critical for success in this position.
Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive technology solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical proposals and architectures.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept development.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing support.
