All Reasons Moving & Storage provides Local, Long Distance and International Moving and Storage services.
General Description:
Create a welcoming environment for everyone calling or entering the facility. Ensure processes and procedures are followed per company standards. The ideal candidate needs to be motivated, organized and energetic with the ability to communicate in both written and verbal form.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role this person needs to know and understand various aspects of daily activities for the office which includes but is not limited to the list below.
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate person
- Ability to learn and follow scripts for different customer situations
- Data Entry: Enter & scan customer information into custom database & file hard copy
- Assist with promotional mailings and keep mailing database current
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist sales team with other projects and reports as needed

Requirements
- Typing: 40wpm – Must be able to type and talk at the same time
- Understanding of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience as front desk representative or relevant position.
- Positive Attitude: ensure each interaction with customers is a pleasant one
- Able to follow written procedures and instructions without a lot of direction
- Organizational skills – must be able to keep track of multiple projects
- Written and verbal communication skills: must be able to correspond professionally with customers, vendors and managers
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Math Skills: Requires proficiency in basic math. Working with contracts involves calculating time and labor rates (ie, 4hrs 15 minutes = 4.25hr)
HOURS: M-Friday 8am - 5PM. Benefits (medical, dental and vision) available for full-time employees.
