The Hub WW Delivery Offer and Expansion team is part of the Last Mile Delivery and Technology organization and is responsible for designing, launching and managing the offer and expansion strategy of the Hub Delivery program around the world across all of its various use cases.
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team defining payment requirements for Hub Delivery across the 9+ countries in which it operates and in new countries in coming years.
A successful candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, be fluent in dealing with and articulating trends and analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods, comfortable analyzing and prioritizing strategic trade-offs, experienced with product/program strategy and strong in stakeholder management. They will be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, have experience in international markets, drawn to thinking big and the prospect of evolving the program into new use cases, and will be able to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep into the data as well as to effectively partner with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams. Any background in logistics, finance, last mile or supply chain will be considered a plus.
This position can work from our offices in New York, NY. Relocation is provided.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payment lifecycle for Hub Delivery partners across 8+ countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments while reducing dispute rates and resolution timelines
- Define payment product requirements and prioritize payments technology roadmap in partnership with engineering teams to build automation and fraud detection capabilities
- Collaborate with Offers team to design payment structures, and recommend rate cards for leadership approval
- Establish weekly reporting of payment metrics (accuracy, timeliness, disputes) and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with regional operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure payment processes meet local regulations and partner agreement terms
A day in the life
The charter includes designing and maintaining the payment framework for Hub Delivery partners globally, encompassing rate card analysis, sub-national rate structures, and accurate payment application across diverse service types and geographies. This role will establish payment accuracy and timeliness standards, reduce dispute rates through root cause analysis and preventative measures, and define the payments technology roadmap to automate processes and detect fraud. The charter also includes developing infrastructure to monitor payment health metrics and identify optimization opportunities across all operating countries.

The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! We are in the process of growing a WW team to expand and support the channel in all countries!
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
