Principal Tech Program Manager, Alexa Smart Properties
Description
Shape the future of AI-powered hospitality and senior living experiences at Amazon. Alexa Smart Properties is building the next generation of enterprise voice and multimodal experiences — deployed at scale in hotels, senior living communities, and healthcare facilities worldwide.
As a Principal Technical Program Manager on this team, you'll drive the delivery of complex, multi-team programs that bring Alexa's AI capabilities to enterprise customers across the US, Europe, and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of innovative AI, device software, cloud services, and real-world customer deployments — partnering with engineering, product, UX, and business teams to turn ambitious roadmaps into shipped products.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs spanning multiple engineering teams, time zones, and customer commitments
- Be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and business stakeholders — driving clarity, unblocking teams, and keeping complex programs on track
- Work directly with enterprise customers (hotels, senior living communities, healthcare providers) and see the real-world impact of what you build
- Operate at the forefront of generative AI applied to enterprise use cases
- Join a team that is growing fast, with new customer contracts being signed globally and an expanding international footprint
If you thrive in ambiguity, love turning chaos into clarity, and want your work to directly improve the daily lives of hotel guests and senior living residents,
this is the role for you.
