Role Overview
We are seeking an
AI / ML Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and scalable data pipelines. The role involves working on data analysis, feature engineering, model training, experimentation, and statistical evaluation to ensure high-quality model performance.
You will contribute to building intelligent systems by deploying models into production environments using APIs and cloud platforms while continuously improving model accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and data pipelines
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
• Conduct experimentation and statistical evaluation to improve model performance
• Build scalable data workflows for training and inference
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments using APIs and cloud platforms
• Monitor model performance and continuously optimize accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions
• Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and analytical models
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of AI systems
• Maintain documentation for models, experiments, and implementation workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Hands-on experience in machine learning or data science through academic projects, internships, or professional experience (3+ years preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience working with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and data extraction
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Experience building REST APIs for ML model deployment
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Understanding of distributed systems or scalable architectures
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
