Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Tax Associate Attorney in transactional or finance-related work

• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility (NY Bar required)

• Strong academic credentials and analytical foundation

• Demonstrated interest in finance-related legal work

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
