Role Description
The Customer Experience Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rolling Meadows, IL. In this role, you’ll manage and enhance customer relationships by handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that customers have a seamless and positive repair experience. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, updating customers on repair progress, managing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Customer service excellence, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries professionally
- Organizational and time management skills to manage appointments, schedules, and updates efficiently
- Familiarity with automotive repair services and/or collision repair processes is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive-related fields are advantageous
