Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales & Project Manager to lead our business development efforts and oversee project execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, technical understanding, and leadership skills and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Perform insulation estimates in line with BPI standards.
- Create insulation proposals in line with available utility programs.
- Perform follow up calls to visited customers to answer questions and achieve signed proposals.
- Order specialty materials for projects sold and review with crews performing the work.
- Follow up with customer upon completion for review of work satisfaction.
Strong communication with co-workers, management and customers is a must. Employee must have independent reliable transportation, physical ability to access and crawl through attics, and have time management skills. This position does not pay commissions.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
