CabCo Fleet Management is expanding across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex — and we’re looking for a high-performing, field-driven sales professional to help us capture one of the fastest-growing fleet markets in the country.
DFW is built on industries that rely on vehicles — construction, logistics, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, oil & gas support, and service fleets. CabCo provides the infrastructure behind those operations, helping companies reduce costs, increase uptime, and gain control over their fleet.
About the Role – Business Development Manager (Outside Sales)
This is a true outside sales role in the DFW market — designed for someone who knows how to create opportunity in a highly competitive environment.
You’ll be in the field daily — visiting businesses, walking job sites, building relationships, and closing deals with fleet operators and decision-makers.
This is a high-volume, high-opportunity territory. There is no shortage of prospects — the difference comes down to execution.
If you’re someone who can open doors, build trust quickly, and close business — this role gives you the runway to build serious income.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth with active vehicle fleets
- Generate new business through in-person outreach, cold calling, and networking
- Build relationships with owners, fleet managers, and operations leaders
- Identify operational inefficiencies and position CabCo’s solutions
- Own your pipeline from first touch to close
- Present full-service fleet solutions tailored to each business
- Close deals and consistently drive revenue growth
- Expand accounts and build long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Strong presence and confidence in face-to-face selling
- Self-starter mentality — you create your own opportunities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Highly motivated by performance-based income
- Ability to connect with both field operators and executive decision-makers
- B2B, sales, or fleet-related experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $53,693.44 - $230,000.00 per year
