CabCo Fleet Management is expanding across the Tampa Bay area — and we’re looking for a driven, field-based sales professional to help us grow in one of Florida’s most active fleet markets.

Tampa is fueled by industries that depend on vehicles — construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, restoration, and service-based businesses. CabCo supports these companies by improving how their fleets operate day-to-day, helping reduce costs, increase uptime, and create better visibility and control.

About the Role – Business Development Manager (Outside Sales)

This is a true outside sales role covering the Tampa Bay market — built for someone who knows how to win business face-to-face.

You’ll be in the field daily — visiting job sites, meeting with business owners, and building relationships with fleet operators across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas.

This market is relationship-driven and fast-moving. The opportunity is there — it comes down to who is willing to go out and take it.

If you’re comfortable creating your own pipeline, building trust quickly, and closing deals, this role gives you the ability to build real income and long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect businesses and fleet operators throughout the Tampa Bay area
  • Generate new business through in-person outreach, cold calling, and networking
  • Build relationships with owners, operations managers, and decision-makers
  • Identify inefficiencies in fleet operations and position CabCo’s solutions
  • Manage your pipeline from first meeting to close
  • Present full-service fleet solutions tailored to each client
  • Close deals and consistently drive revenue growth
  • Maintain and grow client relationships over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face selling
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Someone who takes ownership of their territory and results
  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to earn
  • Ability to connect with service-based and blue-collar industries
  • Sales or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
