The Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager of People Operations to lead our People Operations function, including Payroll, Benefits, HR Systems, and Compliance. This is a critical leadership role designed to ensure our internal engines run smoothly and efficiently as we scale.

This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah.

What You'll Do

  • Own People Operations function and manage outcomes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and provide final approvals for payroll
  • Oversee benefits administration, annual renewals, broker relationships, and employee inquiries.
  • Optimize system workflows and serve as a "center of excellence" support for our People Business Partners.
  • Support Leave Management for the company.
  • Own and support compliance, such as reviews, filings (e.g., 5500s, CAA RX), and state law monitoring.
  • Support administration of our 401 (k) Plan, including yearly non-discrimination testing, participant accuracy, & auditing.
  • Proactively utilize AI and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of People Ops processes.
  • Provide strategic input on current systems and prepare the organization for the annual compensation process.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in an HR role, with extensive depth in Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance.
  • Highly skilled with HR systems and a proven track record of technical proficiency.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Adaptable and curious learner with high attention to detail.
  • Exercise the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent follow-through and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Experience with tools such as Rippling, UKG, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Nectar, Lattice, Greenhouse, and Radford.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in the Tech/SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing 401Ks plans.
