About The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives in the complexity of enterprise SaaS, someone who can untangle dense workflows and turn them into experiences that professionals want to use.
You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer insight, shaping how legal and accounting teams interact with our platform from discovery through delivery.
What you'll do
Design and Execution

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web-based SaaS products
  • Translate complex product requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
  • Build prototypes to validate design decisions using Figma, Figma Make, Claude or AI-assisted prototyping tools
  • Ensure consistency across the platform through scalable design patterns and systems

Research and Insights

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
  • Incorporate voice-of-customer and behavioral data into design decisions
  • Iterate designs based on insights, testing, and performance metrics

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers to define problems and shape solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align UX with messaging, positioning, and customer expectations
  • Support go-to-market efforts with design assets as needed

Design Systems

  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Maintain UI standards, accessibility, and usability best practices
  • Advocate for design quality and user-centric thinking across the organization

What we're looking for
Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
  • Demonstrated experience shipping designs for complex, multi-step workflows
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work on B2B or enterprise SaaS products
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design system practices
  • Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
  • Experience using product analytics tools to inform design decisions
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for legal, financial, or other regulated, high-complexity domains
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Figma Make, Claude, or similar) for rapid prototyping
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
  • Background working in fast-paced, cross-functional product teams
  • Hands-on with Pendo or similar in-app analytics tools
