We’re Hiring Our First Technology Leader — A Builder, Operator, and Growth Enabler

Now we are evolving from a legacy services-based company into a modern, scalable platform business spanning:
- Digital learning products
- Enterprise education workflow solutions
- Media operations and content systems

We’re seeking a
Director of Product, Technology, & Platforms
to help architect that future.
You’ll work directly with executive leadership and play a central role in how CineMed grows from a successful $5M business into a significantly larger, more scalable organization over the next five years.
This is not an IT support role. This is a build-the-future leadership role.
📌 What You’ll Own
You will inherit a lean, established business with real momentum, real clients, and real opportunity.
Your mandate is to modernize infrastructure where needed — while building the systems, products, and roadmap that unlock CineMed’s next stage of growth.
Strategic Platform Ownership
- Develop and lead CineMed’s multi-year technology and product roadmap
- Translate business goals into scalable systems, workflows, and platform priorities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on growth, operations, and capital allocation
- Recommend pragmatic build / buy / partner decisions based on ROI, speed, and scale potential
Product & Revenue Enablement
- Help convert existing services into scalable, recurring revenue platform offerings
- Launch client-facing tools, portals, dashboards, and digital experiences
- Support new product development across CineMed Learn, Live, and CE divisions
- Identify opportunities to monetize content, data, workflows, and operational IP
Systems & Integrations
- Architect integrations across Salesforce, LMS platforms, event systems, DAM platforms, finance tools, and internal workflows
- Improve data flow and reduce manual processes through automation and APIs
- Design executive dashboards and reporting systems leadership uses to run the company
AI & Operational Innovation
- Implement practical AI workflows across content production, compliance operations, customer service, internal productivity, and analytics
- Evaluate emerging tools without overengineering or chasing hype
Infrastructure & Security
- Own CineMed’s Microsoft 365 environment, access controls, governance, and cybersecurity posture
- Ensure business continuity, backup/recovery readiness, vendor accountability, and right-sized infrastructure
Team Building & Execution
- Manage technical vendors, consultants, and contractors
- As the company grows, define and hire the right internal team
- Establish execution cadence, accountability, and delivery discipline
✅ What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- 8+ years in technology, product, or platform leadership roles
- Experience building or scaling SaaS, workflow, marketplace, or digital product businesses
- Proven success launching systems or products that generated measurable business value or revenue
- Strong systems integration experience across modern SaaS tools and APIs
- Experience owning budgets, prioritization, and technical decision-making
Leadership Profile
- Builder mindset: comfortable creating from zero, not just inheriting mature systems
- Operator mindset: balances speed, quality, ROI, and resource constraints
- Executive presence: able to communicate clearly with owners, leaders, vendors, and teams
- Hands-on enough to execute, senior enough to lead
Strong Bonus Points
- Healthcare, compliance, education, media, or EdTech experience
- LMS / credentialing / continuing education systems experience
- AI workflow implementation experience
- Experience in founder-led, private, or growth-stage companies
- Experience turning services businesses into scalable product businesses
