The role
We're hiring a part-time sales rep to sell ClearQuery subscriptions into large Part 141 flight schools as a research database for their libraries and curriculum teams. The pitch is straightforward: schools already pay for legal, medical, and academic databases. ClearQuery is the equivalent for aviation safety research, at a fraction of the cost of one curriculum developer's time.
Targets include programs like ATP, ERAU, UND, Purdue, and the next tier of collegiate and ab initio schools.
What you'll do
- Build and work a named account list of Part 141 programs
- Reach chief flight instructors, curriculum directors, department chairs, and librarians
- Run product demos — we'll support you on anything technical
- Close annual subscriptions
- Share what you're hearing on pricing, objections, and product gaps
Who you are
- You already know the large flight school market — you've gone to one of these schools, sold into them, worked or built relationships there
- You've closed subscription deals before
- You're comfortable with commission-only because you have flexibility in how you spend your time
- You work well independently
Compensation
Generous revenue share, no base. Commission is paid on subscription revenue you close, with residuals on renewals. Final structure finalized with the right person.
Logistics
Remote, US-based, part time. You set your hours.
