Clinic Growth Accelerator (CGA) is a performance marketing agency that helps cash-pay healthcare clinics fill their schedules with high-quality new patients. We specialize in Meta advertising for chiropractic, dental, med spa, and pain management practices. We serve 70+ clinics nationwide and are growing fast. Our team is small, focused, and results-driven.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Strategist to own client relationships across a portfolio of 40 active clinic accounts. This is not a passive account management role.

You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of healthcare clinics. You will onboard new clients, run weekly/bi-weekly/monthly performance review calls, consult on patient acquisition strategy, and actively drive revenue growth through referrals and service expansion.

You will review campaign performance data, guide clients on improving their show rates and close rates, and identify opportunities to deepen each partnership. When campaigns underperform, you will work with our media buying team to diagnose issues and recommend testing strategies. When campaigns perform well, you will use that momentum to generate referrals and upsells.

As CGA grows, we add headcount. Your account load stays manageable so you can focus on doing the job well, not just keeping up.

This role is part client success, part sales, and part marketing consultant. If you thrive on building trusted relationships and turning happy clients into growth engines, this role was built for you.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing monthly performance reviews across 40-50 active accounts
  • Conduct regular review calls with clinic owners, presenting lead and appointment data, analyzing show and close rates, and delivering actionable consulting recommendations
  • Identify underperforming accounts and collaborate with our media buying team to develop testing strategies across creatives, landing pages, lead forms, and campaigns
  • Proactively generate referrals from satisfied clients and identify upsell opportunities for additional services
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, surfacing feedback that improves our delivery, processes, and retention
  • Monitor client health and flag at-risk accounts early, executing save strategies before problems escalate
  • Contribute to client-facing resources, playbooks, and best practice documentation

Who You Are

  • Comfortable with sales conversations: you see referral generation and upselling as a natural extension of great results, not a burden
  • Confident presenting data and translating marketing metrics into business outcomes that clinic owners actually care about
  • Organized and self-directed: you can manage a high-volume account load without letting things slip
  • Curious about digital marketing, especially paid social and lead generation for local businesses
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (we use ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Meta Ads Manager and will train you on all of them)

Bonus Points

  • Experience at a marketing or advertising agency
  • Familiarity with Meta advertising, paid social, or performance marketing
  • Background in healthcare, dental, med spa, or wellness industries
  • Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $4,000/month ($48,000/year). Performance bonuses are tied to referrals generated and services upsold from your book of business. Strategists who actively work their accounts can realistically add $12,000 to $20,000 in annual bonus in their first year. This is not a stretch goal. It is the natural result of doing the job well across 40-50 active client relationships.
