Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:
- Drive secure AI and information protection initiatives, from planning to closing, using a security-by-design approach;
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks including progress monitoring, risk, issue and change management;
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with deliverables, timelines, contractual obligations and security requirements;
- Manage relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders (information security, privacy, legal, enterprise risk);
- Ensure change management, profit realization, and adoption of AI and secure data solutions;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data, regulatory compliance, model security, privacy, and external threats;
- Lead the delivery of security and compliance deliverables in collaboration with technical and cybersecurity teams (e.g., threat modeling, security testing, access controls, logging, and surveillance);
- Support incident management readiness by defining clear escalation mechanisms and coordinating with security operations;
- Produce executive-level reports and communications on progress, risks, security posture, and results;
- Track budgets, timelines and scope to ensure compliance with approved parameters;
- Ensure the application of project management standards, enterprise architecture principles, secure development practices and procurement policies;
- Promote agile delivery practices and a culture of continuous improvement in ever-changing environments.
The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have more than fifteen (15) years of experience in the delivery of IT initiatives or complex business transformation, including at least ten (10) years in project or program management at a senior level;
- Proven experience in secure AI, information protection, or cybersecurity initiatives, in regulated or high-risk environments;
- Have expertise in cybersecurity (secure cloud, IAM, data loss prevention, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management);
- Have coordinated multi-pronged deliveries involving internal teams and external partners within structured governance frameworks;
- Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology, engineering or a related discipline;
- Proficient in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, EPM);
- Demonstrate excellent ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders;
- Hold certifications in project management and cybersecurity (an asset);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the market. Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
