AI Engineer/Automation Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our business operations and products. The AI Developer will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and efficient AI models and applications.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DESIGN, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various business applications.
• COLLABORATE with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define AI solution requirements.
• BUILD, train, and optimize machine learning algorithms using structured and unstructured data.
• INTEGRATE AI models into existing applications, systems, and workflows.
• MONITOR, and evaluate model performance, retraining, and fine-tuning as necessary.
• IMPLEMENT data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation pipelines.
• ENSURE AI solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• STAY up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• DOCUMENT AI models, algorithms, and implementation processes.
• TROUBLESHOOT and resolve issues related to AI systems and applications.
• PERFORMS OTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices
• Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into AI solutions
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and AI advancements
• Skilled in design, development, and implementing AI and machine learning models
• Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging AI systems, models, and related software components

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
2 + years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software development
Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or C++
Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services
Understanding of AI ethics, privacy, and data security principles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
Familiarity with big data technologies and data pipelines
Knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines for AI models
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must pass a criminal background check
