Supply Chain Specialist

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist based in Fort Worth, Texas. Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $45-49/hour
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote)
Type: Temp Assignment

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Specialist:
\* Serve as a packaging subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and performance improvements
\* Support vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance tracking
\* Analyze data and provide reporting to leadership
\* Partner with internal teams on product launches and updates
\* Monitor forecasts, inventory risks, and demand planning alignment
\* Develop SOPs and support process improvements

Requirements for the Supply Chain Specialist:
\* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience
\* 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related fields
\* Master Planning and Scheduling experience required
\* Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods preferred
\* Familiarity with manufacturing and production in a pharmaceutical environment, including codes, FDA regulations, expiration dates, and primary and secondary packaging
\* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Oracle and MRP experience a plus
\* Strong communication and project management skills
