What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure reliability, performance, and security of systems and networks
• Provide helpdesk and desktop client support to staff, including remote users, managing tickets in the Service Desk system
• Collaborate with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support the End User Computing Environment, including M365 applications and services
• Conduct first-line incident response to security alerts and manage Information Security activities
• Develop and deliver regular security education and awareness content for employees

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is strongly preferred; or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience administering and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems
• At least two years of experience supporting a Microsoft Azure and M365-based user environment
• Fundamental understanding of Information Security and Cyber Security concepts
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with SIEM investigations and KQL
• Knowledge of cloud-based PaaS and SaaS technologies
• Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or credit union institutions
• Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
