Principle Duties
- Provides IT support services for seniors in the community. Companion services are non-skilled, non-nursing services that do not provide hands-on support.
- Duties may include the following types of responsibilities:
- Provide support services for resident and team members IT needs
- Communication and support related to sensory loss (low vision, hearing)
- Tech support such as setting up, trouble shooting and teaching hardware and software
- Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.
- Handyman services such as hanging pictures, furniture assembly, and/or small repairs
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the IHS Director

Qualifications
*6 Months IT experience preferred*
Current CPR certification or CPR certification upon hire.
Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services
provided.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
