### Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing injection molding programs from launch through production, ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitability. This role serves as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers, coordinating all aspects of project execution.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing injection molding programs from kickoff through production and lifecycle support
  • Act as the main liaison between customers, engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate mold builds, sampling, and production launches
  • Monitor program performance including cost, quality, and delivery metrics
  • Lead customer meetings, provide updates, and address concerns proactively
  • Support quoting and cost analysis for new and existing programs
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful program execution
  • Ensure all documentation, specifications, and customer requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–7+ years of experience in injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or related industry
  • Previous program management or project management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and production workflows
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, and product launch processes
  • Familiarity with tooling development and mold qualification
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
