About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical support role within DermCare’s corporate marketing team, helping to execute, organize, and track marketing initiatives across all practices. This role serves as a central point of coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and individual practices.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. This position is well-suited for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure to digital marketing, branding, and healthcare marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across multiple DermCare practices
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO, and print initiatives
- Execute marketing requests from practices and route tasks appropriately within the marketing team
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and assets
- Assist with the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print)
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all practice-level and corporate marketing materials
- Assist with reporting, data collection, and campaign performance summaries
- Help maintain marketing documentation, brand guidelines, and asset libraries
- Handle general marketing operations and administrative tasks that support the broader team
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role (internships included)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, paid media, websites)
- Experience with project management tools, email platforms, or CRM systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work on-site
