Customer Service / Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager to join the Dimensions in Screen Printing team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders from initial intake through final delivery. You will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and actively monitoring assigned customer accounts, acting as the central point of coordination between clients and internal production teams. This role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.
Success in this position depends on your ability to prioritize effectively, anticipate potential issues before they arise, and maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders. You will work closely with the Production Director and collaborate daily with production managers, art teams, sourcing, and logistics to ensure all orders are accurate, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations.
*Key Responsibilities*
Order Entry & Accuracy
- Accurately input customer purchase orders into internal systems, ensuring all order details including garment styles, quantities, sizing, pricing, artwork specifications, and delivery timelines are correct and complete prior to production. This includes verifying all components to prevent delays, rework, or miscommunication downstream.
End-to-End Order Management
- Take full ownership of assigned orders throughout the production lifecycle. Monitor and manage key elements such as inventory availability, production scheduling, pricing adjustments, artwork approvals, and shipping deadlines. Ensure orders are progressing according to timeline and proactively address any risks to delivery.
Production Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with design, production, and operations teams to ensure orders are executed according to specifications. Navigate production workflows, ensuring artwork is approved, materials are allocated, and jobs are properly queued and tracked through each stage of production.
Issue Resolution & Problem Solving
- Identify and manage outstanding issues with urgency and accountability. This includes resolving inventory shortages, production delays, artwork discrepancies, or shipping challenges. You are expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and implement solutions that minimize disruption while maintaining client satisfaction.
Client Communication & Service
- Provide a high level of customer service by maintaining consistent, professional communication with clients. Share timely updates on order status, production progress, and any changes that may impact delivery. Build trust by being responsive, transparent, and solutions-oriented.
Reporting & Internal Communication
- Deliver detailed and accurate reporting to the Production Director, including order statuses, risk areas, and key priorities. Ensure leadership has clear visibility into workload, challenges, and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and production needs.
Account Maintenance & Development Support
- Maintain organized and up-to-date account records, including order history, pricing structures, and client preferences. Develop a strong understanding of each account to support consistency across repeat orders and contribute to long-term relationship management.
Operational Support
- Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as needed to support team efficiency and overall production flow. This may include special projects, system updates, or process improvements
*Qualifications & Requirements*
- 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in screen printing, apparel, or promotional products
- Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, garment types, and production workflows
- Proven ability to manage large or complex client accounts
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships
- Proven experience in account management and/or customer service
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus

Pay: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
