Position Summary
The Director of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic business objectives. This role works cross-functionally to improve performance, support business growth, and implement operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational initiatives across the organization
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with corporate goals
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of operational priorities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth organizations
