Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, roadmap, and execution of a specific product or product line within the MoneyGuide division of Envestnet. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and analytics, to deliver innovative products for customers and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Product lifecycle – drive the success and product life cycle from concept to delivery
- Feature specifications - work closely with development, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop priorities and detailed feature specifications.
- Support the execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wealth Studios.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and prioritize product features and functionalities for Wealth Studios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product goals and objectives. Assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cause and recommend solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert; may provide mentorship to product management team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise product requirements.
- Understand technical constraints and trade-offs to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to define system architecture and APIs.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years of experience in product management
- Motivated self-starter, with an ability to work independently and perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analysis and A/B testing
- Ability to write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs)
- Knowledge of API design and integration
- Excellent people skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
- Experience in the financial technology industry
- Experience with wealth management technology platforms

Salary
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 to $142,000.
