Innova Canada is Hiring: HVAC Applied Sales Engineer – British Columbia

Are you a technically strong sales professional with a passion for HVAC systems and building solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Applied Sales Engineer to drive growth and support our customers across the British Columbia territory.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, developers and other key accounts

• Provide applied HVAC solutions, including equipment selection, system design support, and technical expertise

• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-performance solutions

• Support project lifecycle from specification through execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC applied sales, systems design, or related field

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems

• Proven ability to build relationships and close business

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
