EvenUp is seeking an exceptional Director (or Senior Director) of Product to shape the future of our platform and drive meaningful impact. Reporting to our VP of Product & Design, this person will lead a critical part of our platform, managing a team of product managers and partnering closely with leaders across engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to define bold strategies, inspire a high-performing team, and apply your expertise in product management and AI to solve complex, meaningful problems.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from our San Francisco office.

What you'll do:

• Define and drive product strategy across multiple products and platforms, with a focus on launching AI products that deliver broad and deep value to law firms.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, rapid velocity, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, GTM, and leadership to prioritize, build, and ship impactful solutions at scale.
• Balance vision and execution, moving fluidly between long-term strategy and hands-on involvement in AI product design, experimentation, and iteration.

What we look for:

• 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years specifically leading and scaling PM teams within high-growth SaaS environments (Series C to IPO).
• Deep, hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products. You understand the nuances of LLMs, prompt engineering, and the technical trade-offs required to build reliable generative systems.
• You thrive in ambiguity. You have successfully navigated the scaling pains of a rapidly expanding organization without losing sight of product quality.
• Strong track record driving both technical and user-facing AI product strategy and execution.
• Customer-obsessed problem solver who turns complexity into intuitive product experiences.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional influencer, including at the executive level.
• You don't just "ship features"; you move metrics. You are obsessed with outcomes, user retention, and building defensible competitive moats through product.

Compensation Range: $171,843 - $296,500
