About Exapta Solutions
In 1998, Exapta was founded with one clear belief: no-till farming deserved better tools.
Since then, we have built a reputation across the United States, Canada, and beyond for bringing smarter seeding solutions to farmers who care deeply about their soil, their ROI, and the next generation. We are not a corporate giant. We are an agile, entrepreneurial team that believes relationships come first.
Our customers are sharp. They ask questions. They value honesty. They expect results. And we show up ready to serve them.
If you want to sell something you can stand behind, to people who genuinely value expertise and integrity, this is the place.
The Opportunity
This is not an order taker role.
This is a hybrid sales position built for someone who loves being on the road, walking fields, inspecting equipment, talking shop with farmers, and then getting back in the truck to make follow up calls before the sun goes down.
Roughly half of your year will be spent traveling in a company provided vehicle across Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas. You will attend farm shows, educational meetings, conduct on farm inspections, and perform installs and demos.
When you are not traveling, you are on the phone. Following up. Prospecting. Strengthening relationships. Converting inspections into rebuilds and parts sales.
Outbound prospecting is a real part of this job. When inbound slows, you pick up the phone. Expect 50 to 70 outbound calls per week to both existing customers and new prospects. We provide lead lists and support, but we expect initiative. This role requires grit and self drive.
You will sell wear parts, support full rebuilds, and diagnose real mechanical challenges. You must understand planters and drills well enough to inspect them, explain issues clearly, and confidently recommend solutions.
This is a relationship first, entrepreneurial sales team. We measure success by revenue growth and inspections that convert into sales. You will work independently, but never alone. We value collaboration, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement. There is room here to influence and strengthen our sales process with your insight.
