# Technology Relationship & Program Manager (Wealth Management)
We are seeking a Technology Relationship & Program Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for technology providers in the wealth management space and to coordinate the operational delivery of sponsored and partner programs across multiple content and event channels. This role also provides backup support to the Wealth Management Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME).
## Primary Responsibilities
- Technology relationship management (wealth management): Own and grow relationships with technology firms serving the wealth management industry; act as the day-to-day point of contact; coordinate touchpoints; capture needs, priorities, and feedback; and ensure a high-quality sponsor/partner experience.
- Deliverables/program tracking: Maintain an integrated production calendar and tracker for all deliverables (e.g., blogs, webinars, podcasts, and live events); coordinate timelines, approvals, and dependencies; monitor status; and escalate risks to deadlines and quality.
- Administrative and operational execution: Manage intake, scheduling, speaker logistics, run-of-show materials, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth execution across digital and in-person programs.
- Platform and data stewardship: Manage platforms and repositories that store sponsor and partner information (profiles, contacts, contracts/terms as applicable, deliverables, assets, and performance notes); ensure information is accurate, current, and easy to access for stakeholders.
- Cross-functional coordination: Partner with marketing, editorial/content, events, sales, and operations teams to align messaging, meet requirements, and deliver programs on time.
- Reporting and insights: Provide regular updates on pipeline, deliverable status, and program outcomes; identify process improvements and opportunities to scale or standardize workflows.
- Backup Wealth Management Technology SME: Provide secondary coverage for technology subject matter needs (e.g., basic market landscape knowledge, terminology, product categories, and vendor positioning); support research, content development, and internal Q&A as needed.
- Compliance and quality: Follow internal policies and brand standards; ensure required reviews/approvals are completed prior to publishing or events.
## Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, program management, events/content operations, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines using trackers, calendars, and/or project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through, organization, and documentation habits.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and comfort learning new platforms (CRM, webinar/event platforms, CMS, etc.).
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, fintech, or B2B media/events serving the advisor community.
- Familiarity with wealth management technology categories (e.g., CRM, portfolio management, financial planning, trading, rebalancing, data/analytics, integrations, cybersecurity, client portal/digital experience).
- Experience supporting webinars, podcasts, and/or live events (speaker management, run-of-show, production coordination).
- Experience maintaining sponsor/partner data in a CRM or similar system and producing status reporting for leadership.

## Reporting Relationship
This role reports to COO & Technology SME and works closely with Operations Service Team including Marketing, Events and Technology, Membership, and Business Development & Sales stakeholders.
## Work Environment & Travel
Mix of Chicago office and remote. Occasional travel required for live events and partner meetings (*approximately 5 – 10% annually*).
