Reporting to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead, the TAS will collaborate closely with Regional Presidents and Residential Branch Managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. This position involves proactive sourcing, interviewing, and guiding potential candidates through the hiring process, with a focus on building a strong pipeline of both new and experienced Sales Associates. The role requires travel across the region to meet with candidates, attend industry events, and connect with local educational institutions and real estate schools to promote career opportunities at Weichert. The TAS will be responsible for maintaining relationships with candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A valid driver’s license is required, along with a minimum of 1.5 years of previous recruiting experience or substantial sales/management experience that involved hiring and team building. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, as is the ability to network effectively through cold calling, industry events, and educational institutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are necessary. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and utilize analytical skills to assess candidate suitability. Basic math skills, including percentages and fractions, are required to handle compensation negotiations and reporting. A proactive, resourceful approach combined with the ability to build relationships and present confidently to groups will contribute to success in this role.
Responsibilities

Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with office managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. The position requires attending career fairs, seminars, and industry events to promote the company’s employment opportunities and enhance its brand image. The TAS will also manage candidate pipelines using internal and external sourcing tools, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for management review. Negotiating compensation packages, preparing marketing materials, and supporting onboarding processes are integral parts of the role. The specialist will also suggest innovative recruitment strategies to increase lead flow and improve candidate quality, ensuring the recruitment target of 48 new hires annually is consistently met.
