We are looking for an enthusiastic
Sales Development Representative
to join our team and make a significant impact on the company's success! In this role, you will take charge of growing a lead pipeline and selling top-notch technology while being part of a remarkable, diverse sales team. The ideal candidate must be a people person, who is able to source, qualify, and conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers.
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Manager of Sales.
The salary range listed reflects total on-target earnings (base + variable/commission). Please refer to the compensation details at the bottom of the posting for the full breakdown of base salary and variable structure.
What you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers through various methods of personalized outreach such as phone calls, emails, texts, and social media.
  • Using various tools and strategies to research each prospect’s unique business needs, assessing their fit based on qualification criteria to ensure alignment with Fullpath’s target customer profile, and personalizing outreach to clearly articulate their specific challenges, how our products and services address their business use case, and emphasizing the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects by maintaining regular communication, addressing their questions and concerns, ultimately guiding them toward becoming qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed notes of lead generation activities and interactions with leads, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible, organized, and up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on outreach strategy, refining messaging, and ensuring that all lead generation efforts are well-coordinated.
  • Initiating contact with inbound leads, qualifying and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales process.
  • Promptly responding to inbound inquiries to qualify them as potential customers and engaging them in meaningful conversations that will move them toward becoming sales-qualified opportunities.

Requirements:
To be a Sales Development Representative at Fullpath you need to have:

  • 1+ years of remote sales development experience
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research via various online tools
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (spreadsheet, docs, etc.)
  • Experience with MacOS - preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Relevant industry experience strongly preferred (SaaS, Automotive, or Digital Advertising)
  • Confident and assertive verbal communication skills
  • Dynamic and creative written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
  • Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.

  • Annual base starting salary: $50,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. On target earnings (base + variable) is $65,000 with no cap on earnings.
  • Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k with company match. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's equity program.
