Sales Operations Specialist
role presents an opportunity to support GALE Pacific’s Sales Operations team, key retailers and business leadership across North America and Latin America.

In this role, you will be accountable for delivering accurate POS reporting, keeping retailer systems and master data clean, and ensuring the Sales team has the operational support required to execute with major customers. With a strong focus on retailer portals, reporting, item setup, pricing and promotion execution, and CRM hygiene, you’ll be the person who keeps the engine running so the commercial team can stay customer‑facing and focused on growth.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, you’ll help ensure the business has timely insight, clean data and seamless processes to support account initiatives, inventory readiness and customer experience across key retailers including Home Depot and Lowe’s.

The role:

• Own POS reporting end‑to‑end: manage data connections, validate accuracy, and deliver weekly reporting packs and insights

• Partner with an external POS provider to build and maintain dashboards and standard reports

• Manage retailer portals (e.g. Home Depot Supplier Hub, Lowe’s systems)

• Maintain master data and item setup in internal systems

• Execute retailer changes with precision

• Support forecast and inventory execution by consolidating cross‑functional inputs and providing inventory visibility / order recommendations

• Deliver sales operations admin accurately and within deadlines

• Maintain CRM accuracy (accounts, opportunities, activities) and support pipeline visibility and reporting for the Sales team

The successful candidate should have:

• 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, customer support, data/analyst support or similar (retail/consumer products preferred)

• Strong capability in Excel (reporting, cleaning data, accuracy checks) and confidence presenting insights in PowerPoint

• Experience working in retailer portals (Home Depot Supplier Hub / Lowe’s systems) preferred

• Comfort working across ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, comfortable owning item setup, pricing, promo inputs and documentation without errors

• Highly organised with strong follow‑up habits; able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders

• Clear, professional communicator who can coordinate actions across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
