The Opportunity

The problem space is massive:

What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer sites and deploy AI agents end-to-end — from integration to go-live
• Embed with teams (schedulers, coordinators, office staff) to understand real workflows quickly
• Build browser-based automations and integrations, even where no APIs exist
• Ship product improvements directly from field observations (high velocity expected)
• Present deployment outcomes to customer leadership and support expansion opportunities
• Own the full lifecycle of a deployment: data extraction, configuration, QA, monitoring, and support

What They’re Looking For

- 0 - 3 years
of experience as a software engineer or forward deployed engineer (internships included).
- Engineers who have
shipped software to production
that has been used by
real people
- Strong SQL and comfort exploring messy data in spreadsheets or data lakes.
- Has operated in a high-agency environment where they owned meaningful scope
(VC-backed startups
or well-known AI companies strongly preferred).
- Graduated from a top school in Computer SCience or related field
- Willing to travel
30-50%
and work from NYC office.
