About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to ensure day-to-day business activities, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions are tracked and executed effectively.

This role is ideal for a professional who is highly organized, logical, proactive, and interested in growing into business operations, sales operations, or program management roles.

The focus is on business coordination, progress tracking, and communication, working closely with office leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend internal and external meetings and capture key discussion points, decisions, and action items
  • Create and maintain action-item trackers to follow up on business initiatives and daily operational items
  • Proactively track progress across sales, product, marketing, and operations teams, and provide timely reminders or status updates
  • Support the documentation and follow-up of customer needs, requests, and internal commitments
  • Act as a coordination point between leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Assist with organizing meeting materials, basic presentations, and business documents with a focus on clarity and structure
  • Help ensure important items do not fall through the cracks in a fast-moving B2B environment
  • Tasks assigned by the supervisor

Required Experience & Background

We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of professional experience, especially in roles such as:

  • Project Coordinator
  • Operations Coordinator
  • Business Operations / Sales Operations
  • Program Assistant or similar coordination-focused roles

Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

  • Tracking projects, initiatives, or tasks to completion
  • Supporting cross-functional teams
  • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Working closely with managers or leadership teams
  • Industry background is flexible; experience type and mindset matter more than industry.
