Certified as a Great Place to Work, we offer a deep observability pipeline that efficiently delivers network-derived intelligence to cloud, security, and observability tools. This helps our customers to eliminate security blind spots, optimize network traffic, and dramatically reduce tool cost and complexity, enabling them to better secure and manage their hybrid cloud infrastructure. Gigamon has served more than 4,000 customers worldwide, including over 80 percent of Fortune 100 enterprises, 9 of the 10 largest mobile network providers, and hundreds of governments and educational organizations.
As a Solutions Architect – Partner Ecosystem (Security, Observability, Data & AI), you will design and evangelize integrated solutions that connect network telemetry with leading SIEM, observability, data, cloud, and AI platforms. You will work closely with Business Development, Alliances, Sales, and Product teams to define joint solutions, build reference architectures, and drive technical execution with global partners. In this highly visible role, you will lead customer-facing engagements, including discovery sessions, demos, and POCs, to showcase real-world value. Your work will directly influence how customers evolve toward AI-driven, autonomous operations powered by a robust ecosystem of technology partners.
### What you’ll do:
- Partner with Business Development, Alliances, and ecosystem teams to identify strategic technology partners and define joint solution opportunities.
- Design and build integrated architectures spanning:
- SIEM and security platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel)
- Observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace)
- Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- AI/ML platforms and Agentic AI frameworks
- Leverage network telemetry (flows, packets, metadata) to enable:
- Threat detection and response
- Observability and network/application performance optimization
- AI-driven analytics and automation
- Identify technical and go-to-market synergies across partners and translate them into compelling solution narratives and architectures.
- Lead customer engagements, including discovery sessions, architecture design reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives.
- Build and deliver end-to-end demos, use cases, and POCs that showcase integrated solutions and measurable customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support strategic opportunities and drive adoption of joint solutions.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, demo assets, solution collateral, and best practices to scale ecosystem success.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance integrations, APIs, and overall ecosystem alignment.
### What you’ve done:
- Acquired 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Network Security, or Cloud/Security Engineering roles.
- Built a strong foundation in:
- Network security (traffic analysis, IDS/IPS, NDR, Zero Trust)
- Network and application performance monitoring and optimization
- Gained hands-on experience across multiple domains, including:
- SIEM and security analytics
- Observability (logs, metrics, traces)
- Data platforms and data lakes
- Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- AI/ML systems
- Worked with distributed systems, data pipelines, and systems integrations (APIs, streaming platforms, telemetry pipelines).
- Collaborated with partners, Business Development, or alliances teams to support joint initiatives or customer solutions.
- Built or supported joint partner solutions and product integrations, ideally with platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Gained familiarity with OpenTelemetry or other modern telemetry and observability frameworks.
- Worked with or implemented AIOps, performance analytics, or ML-based anomaly detection capabilities.
- Been exposed to Agentic AI or automation-driven workflows in real-world environments.
- Obtained relevant cloud, security, or AI certifications (highly preferred).
### Who you are:
- A strategic, systems-level thinker who naturally connects network security, performance, data, and AI into cohesive, outcome-driven solutions.
- A strong technical storyteller who can translate complex architectures into clear, compelling narratives, demos, and executive-ready messages.
- A hands-on architect who is comfortable diving into technical details while maintaining a high-level view of solution and ecosystem strategy.
- An effective collaborator who builds trust and alignment across partners, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Curious and forward-looking, especially about how AI, automation, and observability can drive autonomous operations for modern enterprises.
