As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Central Operations Analytics team's (COAT) mission is to improve quality and manufacturing through data-driven decision-making. The team operates on governing quality return rates forecast through in-house developed algorithms, owning the strategy and development of scalable data tools, innovating by prototyping generative AI and advanced dashboards, and leading analytics to solve business problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the tool roadmap and execution strategy for product quality, driving the development and deployment of advanced data solutions and diagnostic systems.
  • Drive strategic direction by translating technical analyses into program roadmaps and insights for cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, overseeing the design and construction of advanced data pipelines and predictive models (e.g., yield, test escapes) to solve operations challenges.
  • Direct the development of specialized tools for root cause analysis, station diagnostics, and statistical process control (SPC), ensuring the implementation of scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to uplevel AI skillsets and cultivate a data-driven culture within the organization, fostering technical excellence across teams.
