What You'll Do

• Lead forecasting and budgeting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Deliver clear management reporting with insights on performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Partner with operations and business leaders on cost management, headcount planning, and key initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Perform variance analysis and translate results into actionable business insights.
• Leverage SQL-based datasets and BI tools to analyze large data sets and improve reporting.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and FP&A workflow efficiency.
• Support financial close, system enhancements (ERP/planning tools), and ad hoc strategic analysis.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.

What You Bring

• 4–7 years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong financial statement knowledge, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP, FP&A systems, or data environments.
• Exposure to SQL-based reporting and BI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail and ownership.

Nice-to-haves

• Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or reporting automation.
• Background in eCommerce, retail, or high-growth environments.
