Role Description
Hakakian Law Group, PC is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney (Associate) for our West Hollywood, CA office. In this on-site role, the attorney will manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, providing expert legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients through litigation. The role involves direct client interactions, drafting legal documents, and working collaboratively with a team of legal professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Injury Law, including strong foundational knowledge in legal principles and practices
- Knowledge and experience in personal injury litigation, negotiations, and advocacy
- Proven ability to provide sound Legal Advice to clients
- Strong Research and analytical skills for case review and preparation, use of LexisNexis or Westlaw is a plus
- Exceptional Negotiation skills for settlements and dispute resolution
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience in personal injury or related litigation is highly preferred
- Experience in taking and defending depositions preferred
