Your Mission
- Product Leadership:
Take full ownership of high-impact features from initial design to production deployment.
- System Stability:
Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and observability as our data volume grows.
- Mentorship & Culture:
Act as a technical mentor for the team, elevating the bar for code quality through rigorous peer reviews and pair programming.
- Engineering Standards:
Define and implement best practices that ensure our codebase remains maintainable and scalable.
- Collaboration:
Partner with product and design to bridge the gap between business requirements and robust technical implementations.
About You
- Deep Technical Proficiency:
You have extensive production experience with
TypeScript
and are comfortable navigating complex full-stack environments.
- SQL & Data Mastery:
You have a strong grasp of relational database design and know how to optimize queries for high-load scenarios.
- Cloud-Native Experience:
You are comfortable working with
AWS
to deploy and monitor scalable services.
- Pragmatic Problem Solver:
You value shipping value over perfection and can balance technical debt with the need for speed.
- System Thinker:
You look beyond the immediate task to understand how your changes affect the entire ecosystem.
