Our client is a recognized leader in complex building envelope construction, delivering high‑performance façade solutions that turn ambitious architectural design into reality.
This is a chance to lead complex, high‑profile building envelope projects involving sophisticated façade systems, including curtain wall, structural glass, and architectural metal. What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring alignment with design intent, budget, schedule, and Juba’s quality standards
- Manage the total construction effort, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and internal teams
- Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions — both within and beyond traditional approaches
- Track and manage labor, material, and equipment costs with a focus on delivering projects on or under budget
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, consultants, field teams, and suppliers • Foster a collaborative, respectful jobsite and project environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field ((or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Five (5) or more years of project management experience in Custom curtain wall systems, Unitized wall systems, Structural glass wall systems, and/or Architectural metal panels.
- Strong working knowledge of all phases of the curtain wall business, including blueprint reading, design, engineering, fabrication, glass and metal systems, and field installation
- Proven success managing multiple, multi-million-dollar projects
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- A team-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Additional Requirements
• Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software
• Willingness to work onsite in Concord, NC (Relocation assistance available)
• Willingness to travel in-state and out-of-state
• Valid driver’s license
