Job Title: Lead Product Testing Analyst
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite – Hybrid as per team schedule)
About the Role
We are seeking a
Lead Product Testing Analyst
to support innovation and product development efforts across apparel, accessories, and performance products. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end product testing initiatives, ensuring products meet performance, fit, and athlete expectations before launch.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to translate athlete insights into actionable product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end product testing studies
from planning to final recommendations
- Design and execute
wear testing protocols
for apparel and performance products
- Analyse
quantitative and qualitative data
to inform product development decisions
- Recruit, manage, and maintain
athlete tester databases
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Innovation
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior team members on
testing methodologies and best practices
- Support development and refinement of
testing processes and tools
- Conduct field and lab-based testing, including performance and durability analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in
product testing / consumer testing / wear testing
- Strong experience with
qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Experience working with
athletes or human performance testing
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
apparel, sportswear, or performance product testing
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
- Familiarity with
testing tools, data visualization, or research methodologies
- Prior experience in innovation or R&D environments
