Senior Oncology Project Manager (ISS)

ICON is hiring a Senior Oncology Project Manager

This is a fully remote, no travel, full benefits position with is between $155k- $165k (No bonus) (See notes below)

We are NOT accepting clinical trial managers only Project Managers with 5 years running clinical trials as a Project Manager with 3 years running Oncology trials.

What You Will Be Doing:

• In charge of the global trial deliverable, budget, and vendor oversite from a full project manager perspective.
• Developing and executing project plans, focusing on achieving project goals and objectives.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of project activities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope.
• Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Driving the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Your Profile:

• 2 years as a Project Manager in charge of the global trial deliverable, budget, and vendor oversite from a full project manager perspective (Pay is up to $155k No bonus)
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in charge of the global trial deliverable, budget, and vendor oversite from a full project manager perspective (Pay is up to $165k No bonus)
• .A bachelor’s degree
• Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
