CTC: 70-90 $ per hour
Are you ready to lead cutting-edge AI innovation in the insurance domain? We’re looking for experienced Lead Data Scientists to drive transformational initiatives using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic workflows—shaping the future of underwriting, claims automation, and fraud detection.
🔍 About the Role
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will spearhead the design and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, including RAG architectures and Agentic AI systems, to solve complex insurance challenges. You’ll lead high-impact projects, mentor teams, and bring AI innovations from concept to production—aligning closely with business goals.
💡 What You’ll Do
🔹 Generative AI & Agentic Workflows
• Design and implement RAG-based systems and Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph
• Build autonomous AI agents for real-time risk scoring and customer query resolution
• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLM optimization
• Evaluate model performance, ensure bias mitigation, and align with regulatory standards
🔹 Model Development & Deployment
• Develop and enhance ML/GenAI models for risk prediction, claims analytics, and fraud detection
• Deploy scalable solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Optimize models using A/B testing, feedback loops, and performance metrics
• Work with large datasets to derive actionable insights
🔹 Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI into underwriting and operations workflows
• Establish benchmarks, monitor model drift, and ensure model reliability
• Mentor junior team members and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies

✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Data Science/ML, with 3+ years in GenAI leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Python, ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Prior experience in insurance/financial services is a plus
