Role Description
In this contract role of Business Analyst – Senior (Digital / UX / Product), you will work on-site in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes, and ensuring alignment between user experiences and organizational goals. The role requires actively facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and providing data-driven insights for business decisions. Additionally, you will support the development of user-centric solutions and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in generating insights to support decision-making
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and understanding of business needs
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Business Process optimization and workflow improvements
- Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements
- Knowledge of digital transformation and UX strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred
