Frontend Engineer

Overview:

InnovoCommerce is a leading provider of Clinical AI solutions for the global life sciences industry. Today, some of the largest pharmaceutical firms in the world use our enterprise platform for their clinical trials. We are seeking a fast-paced Angular Frontend Engineer with a startup mindset that's ready to own their space and collaborate with a high-energy team. We’re looking for someone who can truly own the frontend architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own frontend codebase and collaborate directly with backend engineers to evolve these contracts, not just consume what endpoints exist
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design APIs, prototype new features, and evaluate technical solutions
• Implement designs rapidly in Figma and translate to a production codebase
• Optimize application performance and architect scalable state management solutions using Angular Signals
• Commute to the office when necessary for in-person collaboration (SoCal location necessary).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, 2+ with Angular (including production experience with signals)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and RxJS - types, interfaces, generics, and modern ES6+ features
• Demonstrated ownership of frontend codebase, including frontend-backend contracts with strong typing
• Understanding of SOLID principles, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming
• Expertise in rapid design-to-develop translation, including using Figma AI skills for mockups
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants with ability to maintain code quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Life Sciences/eClinical development experience
• Familiarity with C# and .NET backend technologies, SQL, and some NoSQL technologies.
• Real-time communication experience, particularly SignalR.
